Pick Your Lot

Your Land, Your Choice: Zeal Home Builders has access to a vast inventory of homesites in multiple counties surrounding Parker County. We partner with several developers in our area to provide you with abundant options for your Dream Home. Choose a site from our land inventory or from one of our partners. Our team will assist in identifying prime locations that match your vision and budget. Already own a lot? Great! We can start building on your property right away. Pick Your Plan

Tailored Floor Plans: Choose from a curated collection of high-quality, semi-custom floor plans designed for flexibility, functionality, and style. Each layout is crafted to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, whether you need more bedrooms, an open kitchen, or extra space for entertaining.

Customizable Layout Options: After selecting a floor plan, work with our designers to personalize it to suit your family’s needs. Some plans offer various layout configurations and structural options, allowing you to create a home that fits your life perfectly.

Interior & Exterior Finishes: Make it your own with a wide range of choices for fixtures, finishes, flooring, cabinetry, and more. Our design team will guide you through each step, helping you choose materials and finishes that align with your style and budget.

Personalized Details: Select colors, countertops, appliances, and other key details to complete the look and feel of your new home. This process lets you shape every room to reflect your personality.

    Built with Quality

    Quality Construction: Once your lot and plan are set, we break ground! Your selections are set up front and some throughout. While we handle the building process from start to finish our team keeps you updated at each stage.

    3-Phase Inspections: We inspect because we care. Zeal Home Builders outsources to a Third-Party Licensed Inspector for 3 key phases: pre-slab pour, rough-in infrastructure, and final inspection. We believe in accountability and quality control. 3-phase inspections provide you the assurance your home was built with quality in mind while keeping third-party subs accountable for their work.

    Communication: You’ll receive you a portal login to our virtual project manager, BuildBook. Within BB we’ll communicate selections, project status, major landmarks and documents. BuildBook aides as a one-stop tool developed around your home’s construction.

      Final Walkthrough & Welcome Home

      Before handing over the keys, we'll conduct a final walkthrough with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations. This is usually accompanies with a blue tape walk and the final 3rd party inspection.

      New home buyer? We love those! We'll walk you through major system components & some home maintenance tips.

      Then, it's time to move in an enjoy your beautiful tailored-to-you home!
